- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
- Optional: chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spread shredded lettuce on each tortilla, then add a portion of the coated chicken.
- Add carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro on top.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately with extra chili sauce if desired.

- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
