- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in crushed strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets and Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks and enjoy!
Notes
- Use crushed freeze-dried strawberries for intense berry flavor.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days.
