- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and top with green onions and cilantro.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add cooked ground beef or sausage.
- Best served immediately to keep the cheese gooey.
