- 8 oz (about 225g) of your favorite pasta (penne, fusilli, or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of ranch dressing (preferably homemade or your favorite brand)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Lower the heat and stir in the ranch dressing, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and creates a smooth, creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Add the cooked chicken, bacon, and pasta into the skillet with the ranch sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Dish out the creamy chicken bacon ranch pasta into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately. For extra flavor, you can top with additional Parmesan cheese or a drizzle of ranch dressing.

- You can substitute Greek yogurt for ranch dressing to make the dish lighter.
- Coarse black pepper adds a nice touch to the sauce.
