- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter and combine with sugar in a bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Pour batter into prepared dish, spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing, and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, add an extra 1/4 cup of chocolate chunks.
- Use good quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
