- 8 mini sausages or hot dogs
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten

- Mustard and ketchup for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry sheet into 8 strips, each wide enough to wrap around a sausage.
- Place a mini sausage on each pastry strip and roll up, sealing the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with mustard and ketchup for dipping.
