- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over the baked crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Optional: melt extra chocolate chips and drizzle on top.

- Chill the bars for at least 2 hours before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
- Can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
