  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over the baked crust, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Optional: melt extra chocolate chips and drizzle on top.
