Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  8. Form dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
