- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the vegan pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the shredded vegan cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle diced bell peppers, spinach, olives, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly from the longer side to form a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
