Instructions
- Start by heating the butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and well coated with garlic flavor.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a small amount of the garlic butter on it. Place a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and optional fresh herbs.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides. For extra crispy wraps, place them in a hot skillet or panini press and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and melted.
