  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and minced garlic. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
