Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the chicken and noodles.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variety.
- Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce for desired saltiness.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or sriracha.
