Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, turn wedges halfway through baking.
