- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into bite-sized meatballs and place them evenly into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until meatballs are cooked through and coated in sauce.
Notes
- For spicier meatballs, add a dash of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
